Refund policy

At My Meaningful Treasures, every order represents something meaningful, and we want you to be happy with your purchase,

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. 

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

PERSONALIZED AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Many of our products are created especially for you and may be personalized or made to order. Because production can begin shortly after an order is placed, personalized and made to order items generally cannot be returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect personalization information provided by the customer, or ordering the wrong item. Please carefully review names, dates, photos, personalization details, sizes and other selections before submitting your order.  

This does not affect our commitment to replace, or refund any eligible item that may arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

ORDER CHANGES AND CONCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered production.

RETURNS

Please contact us before sending any item back. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE SHIPPING PACKAGE WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM US.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider once the refund has been issued.
